
We are seeking an organized and proactive Automation Specialist to join our remote team. This role involves managing multiple projects, building custom automations, directly communicating with clients, and creating educational content through videos and one-on-one meetings.
Build and manage marketing automations using our Clicks! platform.
Engage with clients, providing training and support to ensure they are proficient in using their new systems.
Produce clear and concise instructional videos.
Balance client interaction (30%) with automation development (70%).
Work independently while also collaborating with a team, ensuring accuracy and quality in all tasks.
Experience in building marketing automations and familiarity with CRM systems.
Knowledge of project management tools, such as ClickUp.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills for both client interaction and instructional content creation.
Experience in the pet industry is preferred but not required.
Flexible working hours, Monday to Friday during US business hours.
